Biden spent $1T in August, and we have Inflation on top of that. Robbing the poor to pay the rich. It will cost the avg taxpayer over $2K a year. Here, Pelosi says that Biden has no authority to do what he did today. Tell your loser kids not to be so sure they will get all this free money from us, as the SCOTUS will certainly shut this pitiful old senile man down.

I don't want to pay for your son to do anything. He can get a job. I went to school, paid for my loan. One of you be brave and tell us why I had to pay, and today's students do not. Please tell us. Please tell us. Please tell us.

For the record, the man trump, whom you hated, decreased taxes for EVERYBODY, but note that Biden is definitely picking certain classes. Hello,Sonhouse? This is your answer for tyranny. Do you want a tyrant?

Joe - I'll try to be as delicate with this as I can: I have a hard time believing that someone (you) who is working at a Wyoming McDonalds, who writes like an 8-year-old, spells like a 6-year-old, and butchers his sentence structure so badly that people here struggle to read it, was ever accepted at university, much less grad school. I don't believe you when you tell us you had a student loan (unless it was truck driving school) Because of this, I think your question is irrelevant.

The whole point of your post is..that you find it hard to believe I had a student loan. So what if I didn't. It does not change the facts that 'a person' with the same circumstances that I have just set out has had to pay off a student loan, and now he is being forced to pay off someone else's loan. Two loans.
So, this is a debate. I think it is very unfair for a person to pay off someone else's loan.
Time for the big question, now that you have cleared the air. Do you think it is fair to ask a person who paid off a student loan to pay off someone else's student loan? To pay even $1 on the other student's loan?
Why will you not answer this question? As to my life story which you fellers are so interested in, rather than the issues, feel free to set up any anonymous facility whereby you and I can be guaranteed pure anonymity, and you will be surprised. All above board, man.

As to spelling and writing, my staff did all that, I aint good at it.

Again, like most Republicans, you assume that the ONE measure of success is how much money you have.

Look here, Mr. Neanderthal.

I spent most of my college years on my daddy's dime, so I had no need of student loans back in the day. In order to continue my education, I'm relying on savings plus student loans.

Yet I have no problem with those who cannot afford it going to college with student loans. I know of no others among my friends who have a problem with it either.

I've seen people have problem with these loans firsthand. Years of payments without seeing the principal reduce much at all over time.

It is long past time we see some congressional attention to this.

I understand, but the issue is not about our various places and roads in life. The issue is about people in a free society making choices. Some are about college, and, thereafter, jobs. We make plans, and set out to do good and be successful.
But your post mentions congressional attention. This implies a duty of congress to you? At what point do they have anything to do with your choices, and the result of your choices? Are you referring to the 'safety net' that Marauder has mentioned before?
Please elaborate on the phrase congressional attention. Would your explanation take into effect that the democrats believe in equality? It is just that the Loan Forgiveness program does not benefit everyone, and indeed, hurts many people who will not receive equal benefits.
You say you have no problem with folks who cannot afford it going to college with student loans. I myself would loan a student money to go to college. Of course we agree that people borrow money everyday to go to college, buy a car, start a business. I love it, I love this country, all the opportunity.

@Mott-The-Hoople
The hypocrite part comes in where less than average Joe has no business bitching about student loans and forgiveness as an investment in the future of science, business, politics and arts.
But to idiots like you and joe, you can't STAND ANYONE getting money from the government. If you had the power you would kill SS and medicare in a time frame of about one hour so take your zombie BULLSHYTE and kiss my ass.
When I was 18 I went to Palomar College in San Marcos California and it was nearly free.
So why don't you bitch about the ultra high cost of college these days, eh?
You know, the ones CAUSING that tril in debt?

We know, Suzanne. We already know.

Much as we know Joe and Ace didn't spend any college years at all.
