Has Boehner gone to the dark side?

The pundits keep saying the Boehner will not allow a US default, that he himself is a business guy, and that he receives much political money from big business. And that big business will be screaming in his ear to at least let the debt ceiling vote go to House Floor (which would likely be passed and a US default averted).

However, I think Boehner has went to the dark side and off the deep end. He has truly become a full-fledged red-headed step child of the Tea Party and other radical conservatives. While Boehner understands the drastic significance of US default, he has decided to force it to happen, whatever he dark reasons. Boehner will NOT let the debt ceiling vote go the floor and he will force the US default.

Sure, the Treasury will be able juggle funds for a couple of weeks, but the US default is coming. A massive downward spiral for the world economy that will make 2008 look like a cake walk.

Boehner will go down in history as the most scum-of-the earth Speaker.

What are Boehner's personal financial interests? In what form does he keep his money?

Interesting. He's a Catholic...where does he go to Church? Who's his priest?
