I haven't noticed anything in particular, though it may be harder for my university to acquire research funds.
About $28 billion in construction money and over $6 billion in cleanup funds mean we have a case for more "extramural" funds to support more inspections, and more attorney time to bring more cases, as all this money will result in a lot of building, deferred maintenance, etc.
So, for example, we're concerned with storm water runoff control requirements and upgrading and repair of underground storage tanks -- we're going to need more money to cover more ground, so to speak.
