Oh, the poll.......538, very good for sports too.
Yeah, 538 says, after one year in office, Biden is 2nd lowest. 😉

Not surprising. No one voted for Biden because they liked him. He won because he wasn't the other guy.

He's not getting credit.........
Six point six million jobs is the
most jobs created, in a year, by
any President, ever....
The inflation is bad, but its worldwide.
The big infrastructure bill is, only now, kicking in.
This is going to be a good year, me thinks...

Jobs created or lost isn't really something to credit or blame a president for, unless you can point to specific policies or inactions of a president. There are many economic factors that can lead to an increase or decrease in jobs.

For example, jobs lost by the fossil fuel industry due to the world shifting to cleaner and more efficient energy. Or manual labor phased out in favor of machines or computers. This could also include natural disasters, whether due to climate change or a pandemic like in 2020.

Jobs created or lost need context in order to credit or blame a President. There are many factors beyond a president's control, good or bad, that swing the job market either way.

I believe you.

But to give any individual president credit or blame for the economy or job market, you still need to be able to point to specific actions, policies, etc., taken by a president. After all, if a president deserves credit for something, there must have been something that president did to deserve it right?

I know, this isn't as fun as just pointing to numbers and throwing that in the face of your opponents. Context and nuance isn't a popular way to discuss politics. It's boring and no one cares. But it's the truth.
