If Donald Trump can't do something besides make speeches, make states bid for badly needed supplies, and dispense medical advise he knows nothing about, the Russians, Cubans, and Chinese may be needed here as well. I've never seen such a human hindrance to progress as what I've witnessed these last 3 months.
