That depends on how one defines reinforcements. If you mean American forces were sent to defend the Ambassador, then false. If you mean unreliable foreign forces that are little more than a local gang, then I think that might be true.

Let's deal with first things first. Why Oh Why hasn't the republican congress put the republicans in prison who were responsible for 911. Why oh why I say???? 4 dead in bengazi and they want blood. 4000 dead on 911 and it's all A ok. Why oh WHY did they let this happen when they had plenty warning. WHY???
