House refuses to apologize

Why is it that the democrats in the House will not apologize when Obama has already apologized for people losing their health coverage?

Obama said, "The problem with the grandfather clause that we put in place is its almost like we said to folks, you got to buy a new car, even if you can't afford it right now."

First of all, it was not ALMOST, it WAS like saying you need to pay for something you may not be able to afford right now. Secondly, how can the democrats in the House deny something that Obama has already admitted deserves an apology?

Do the democrats in the House think Obama is lying or just a dolt?
