Corporations are not evil if they follow the rules. If they abide by the rules and do bad things, the rules need to be changed. The responsibility is in the hands of government.

I'm not claiming that all laws are ideal, I'm just saying that if corporations completely abide by all laws and still are "bad" this implies not that the corporations should be boycotted, but that the rules should be changed such that corporations will do "good" when following the rules.
