There has never been credible evidence of widespread election fraud by nonresidents. None. Voting by noncitizens in federal elections is illegal and carries very severe penalties including felony charges, jail time, huge fines and deportation.
In many cases like the one you cite in this thread, it's just one isolated incident. If that person was caught using the existing tools we have to catch them, then it is insane to think that millions of others snuck through without getting caught.
