It took me some time later when after his coronation the very first thing he did as POTUS was to cancel the ethics committee. That told it for me right there, who needs that nasty ethics thing anyway?

One thing turned up about maybe the reason he was ignoring Covid, it turned out he had stock in a competing pharm outfit and thought he would lose money if Moderna won out.
Which is even sicker than mere ignoring the situation.
