Isn't her appointment forbidden by the "emoluments" clause? I guess an Obama pick is above the Constitution.

My only question is that .... her qualifications are what exactly?

But as I half jokingly tell people... well the President elect gets a bargin by picking Hillary. He gets Wiiliam Jefferson Blythe Clinton as well. So he has Hillary to deal with foreign affairs and Bill to handle 'affairs' with foreigners

Well, she is the former governor of Arizona who was pro-illegal alien. Well, maybe I'm being a bit harsh; let's just say she was NOT proactive when it came to protecting the people of Arizona from the illegal onslaught. Being from Texas, how do you view illegal aliens?

Illegal aliens .... thats a sore subject with me. I'm a Member of the Minuteman Project, that should give you an indication of my views. Also, there was a report recently that 350,000 illegals were deported last year ... well thats about 17 million short of where we need to be.

I'm all in favor of immigrants coming to this country looking for a better life for themselves and their families.. long as they do it legally.

McCain's position on illegal immigrants was one of the reasons he didn't get my vote
