Who said the FBI doesn't have them?
What does "exclusively" mean?

Why would the Daily Mail have information about the laptop that not even the FBI could obtain, even though it was turned over to the FBI directly?

Use your head.

This is farfetched conspiracy theory stuff. There is nothing to link Metabiota to any weapons research; the company was created to "provide data, analytics, advice, and training to prepare for global health threats and mitigate their impacts." https://metabiota.com/
It was founded by a virologist, Nathan Wolfe and is now headed by an epidemiologist, Nita Madhav. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nita_Madhav
Here is the first paragraph from that link:

"Moscow’s claim that Hunter Biden helped finance a US military 'bioweapons' research program in Ukraine is at least partially true, according to new emails obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com.

The commander of the Russian Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Forces, claimed there was a 'scheme of interaction between US government agencies and Ukrainian biological objects' and pointed to the 'financing of such activities by structures close to the current US leadership, in particular the investment fund Rosemont Seneca, which is headed by Hunter Biden."

Russia made the claim. I take it you think this is Russian propaganda?
Metabiota is not a Department of Defense contractor?

Here is another excerpt from that article:

"Metabiota has worked in Ukraine for Black & Veatch, a US defense contractor with deep ties to military intelligence agencies, which built secure labs in Ukraine that analyzed killer diseases and bioweapons."

Is Black & Veatch a US defense contractor?

"What does "exclusively" mean?"

It means they broke the story first. That is all that means.

Vladimir Putin Warned of Genetically Engineered Super Soldiers ‘Worse Than a Nuclear Bomb’. He has no incentive to lie about that. His warning is futuristic. Are you at all curious? You should be.

Government spending records show the Department of Defense awarded an $18.4million contract to Metabiota between February 2014 and November 2016, with $307,091 earmarked for 'Ukraine research projects'

They "broke" the story before the FBI?

You realize the laptop was turned over to the FBI when Trump was still in office, one month before the election, right? You honestly think Trump would've kept that hidden?

The FBI is not a news agency.
Can you provide me with a FBI News website? Moron!

Do you think the FBI tells Trump everything?

Clinesmith pleaded guilty last year to doctoring an email that originated with the CIA. He manipulated the message to make it seem as if Carter Page, the former Trump campaign associate, was not an asset for the CIA. Page was a CIA asset.

Did the FBI tell him that? The FBI was working against Trump.

There is quite a big jump from a firm that specializes in studying pandemics and methods to control them to one that is actively developing bioweapons.

Russian claims in this or almost any other regard are to be treated with skepticism absent more tangible evidence than what has been presented.

So their "deep ties" (assuming they exist) would be to build infrastructure and engineering projects. Hard to see what that has to do with bioweapons.

You need to sign up in order to read the link, which I'm not doing for right-wing trash like the Epoch Times.

It's completely ridiculous to claim that Clinesmith's altering of the email had any significant bearing on the investigation of the Trump campaign's many ties to Russia (an investigation started many months before the email in question). In fact, it had to do only with a request for surveillance of Carter Page, who had already left Trump's campaign by this time:

"On June 19, 2017, immediately following the instant messages between the defendant and the SSA , the defendant, from his office in the Hoover Building, forwarded the OGA
Liaison's June 15, 2017 email to the SSA with alterations that the defendant had made so that the OGALiaison's email read as follows:
My recollection is that [ Individual # 1] was or is “ [ digraph] not a
" source but the [ documents ] will explain the details. If you need a formal definition for the FISA, please let me know and we'll work up some language and get it cleared for use
(emphasis added).

The defendant had altered the original June 15, 2017 email from the OGA Liaison by adding the words "and not a source” to the email, thus making it appear that the OGA
Liaison had written in the email that Individual# 1 was “not a source” for the OGA."

https://int.nyt.com/data/documenttools/kevin-clinesmith-court-documents-filed-by-john-durham/73f2632106afc317/full.pdf paragraph 11

In point of fact, Page wasn't a "source" but an "operational contact" i.e. "a source as someone who was a recruited asset, whereas an operational contact was someone who interacted with a source. Even though the altered email was accurate—Page was not a source—Clinesmith’s representation of the language of the email itself was false. " https://www.lawfareblog.com/recent-prosecution-shows-hypocrisy-flynns-defenders

There was plenty of reason to have surveillance on Page anyway:
"The Republican-controlled Committee released its final report on 2016 Russian election interference in August 2020, finding that despite problems with the FISA warrant requests used to surveil him, the FBI was justified in its counterintelligence concerns about Page.[96]" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carter_Page

It was funded by the DOD. Why is the DOD involved in funding it if it is not bioweapons research? Do you deny the DOD funded it?

Simple question.

Calling something a conspiracy theory doesn't make it one. Do you deny the DOD funded Black & Veatch Corporation. Yes or no?
