The reason that is a lie is that BLM, Inc, which may be corrupt, is younger than, has very little to do with, and apparently was founded precisely to abuse the good name of, the Black Lives Matter movement.
So, in propagating this half-lie about the BLM movement, you are actually doing BLM, Inc's work for them.
