The laws of war aka the Geneva Convention was violated multiple times by Hamas. israel does not need to follow this GC now when dealing with a terrorist organisation that does not follow any rules or who rape and kill children.

Violations by one side does not justify violations by another as even you concede. There are no exceptions and "tu quoque ("you did it too" )" was rejected as a defense at Nuremberg and before.

This isn't a new war but the same one Israel has been waging against Gaza for decades. October 7, 2023 is merely a justification for higher levels of force; Israeli troops were killing Gazans and vice versa prior to that date in 2023.

I really dislike engaging with such an individual on this Forum to tell the truth; your beliefs that certain ethnic groups are inferior and deserve to be dominated by others and your willingness to support mass murder of them if they resist such treatment is reminiscent of Nazi ideology. Bombing train stations filled with Ukrainians just trying to get out of dodge and live. Bombing maternity hospitals deliberately.

They can't enter the US without visas, so they can't defect. At present, the Trump administration has illegally paused all asylum applications anyway.

Apparently when the Jews were attacking Irans nuke facilities during the 12 day way, dozens of Iranian missiles facititles malfunctioned and exploded in itself, when they were started up. It is in the news that Israel hacked into their software and messed with it. Reminds me of the pager bombs ... Lol .😀.

Hamas has weapons facilities, military installations in every hospital, mosque, school, etc. Rockets were being launched from these sites. When the IDF returned fire it hit a hospital etc. According to the Geneva Convention these facilites lose their protected status in such cases.
