Crossing state lines for the purpose of getting an abortion in a state where it is legal now makes that child a FELON JUST CROSSING state lines regardless whether she has the abortion or not.

And other states now in the process of making laws saying a fetus is a viable human from CONCEPTION or other laws making it illegal to even get medically approved abortion pills.

This is all the result of the disgusting work of Christion nationalists who did a 50 year long push to get rid of Roe V Wade and now that happened they are going a LOT further in their zeal to convert the US into a Christian version of the Taliban or Iran.

I expect that part of the law will be struck down as unconstitutional. Freedom of movement is not specifically mentioned in the BoR, but the founders cannot have imagined that any state would ever try to prevent it.
