Many countries have relaxed their social distancing guidelines. Why? Because masks and social distancing/lockdowns worked. Those relaxed guidelines lead to a second wave as people became too negligent regarding COVID.

And don’t forget, masks don’t keep you from getting Covid, they prevent you spreading it.
