They don't have a right to incarcerate citizens into concentration camps without due process, either.

And they surely do not have the right to incarcerate gays and trans into "insane asylums".

Trump tweeted that the Constitution should be set aside to re-instate him after he lost the 2020 election. That is what lawlessness looks like.
