Silly me. I don't even know where that reference comes from, but I hope still that you will respond to my question? It is a fair question, in that a bankruptcy allows a biz owner to pay off creditors, employees and vendors. Without it, no one would get anything.
Can you at least agree that bankruptcy is a good program to have???
