There simply are not enough paper pusher jobs to go around.
But hey, even the tech industry is pushing for more immigrants since highly skilled Indian workers are willing to work for much less than their American counter parts.

I ask anyone to explain to me how bringing in large amounts of 3rd world citizens to drive down wages helps the middle class.
