Its considerably warmer here than it was only a few months ago and the trend is projected to continue for at least another couple months.

Global Climate Change Warming is starting to worry me.

I've noticed that there's no longer snow in my yard, even though it snowed as recently as early April.

Good News though. In July they'll be able to hold the global warming rally postponed in april due to snow.

I live in the Arizona dessert, I don't even want to hear about it.

Bummer. I'm giving serious consideration to moving to Arizona myself, but not the desert. You a crazy man.

Yes I'm scared too. Last week it was warm outside in the middle of the freaking day!! What's THAT all about? The earth is going down the toilet... I mean there've been so many hobgoblins out there waiting to get us: like acid rain, ozone depletion, the doomsday asteroid, African killer bees, nuclear winter, the China syndrome, Y2K, bird flu, SARS, Al Gore and now global warming! Perhaps we should pray about it and share stories.

But anyway I still think we should have a Live Round Concert to celebrate military muscle instead of all that trendy whimpy happy-clappy crap the greenies like to indulge in... say with a lovely backdrop of a cruise missile instead of a rainbow. Do you think Bono or that other shambling derelict, Bob Geldof, would play on their kazoos for us while we remember better times? Like happier days before all these catastrophes started piling up?

Maybe you won't be in your rightwing lovefest mirth when it starts turning 130 degrees F in Philly. Talk about head in the sand.
Try explaining why all the worlds glaciers are fast dissapearing or why the Antarctic Ice pack is going away a lot faster than even the most dire predictions or why there won't be an Arctic ice pack at all in 50 years. Mirth on guys.

Yes and the sky is falling Chicken Little! Better get your worry beads out.

I'm doing my bit for globull warming... I release as much CO2 into the air as I can (which is easy considering I have access to vast amounts of it in the industry I work in). It's GREAT thumbing my nose at all the whimpy idiots who think the climate is changing because of industrial emissions. I love it!

So you keep worrying and I'll keep laughing at you.

So what. There used to be a glacier where my house is.

Wonkish issues have never been interesting to me anyway.

What are you donkeys gonna do in 5 years when the climate starts changing again? What's the fearmonger issue gonna be then? Has anyone else ever noticed that the radical "the world is doomed" crowd is always, without exception, wrong? Why would someone follow a group with a 100% failure rate anyway? That's not a belief or a science, that's a cult. Its like going to the store and buying a TV that you know is going to start on fire.

And, in my opinion, 130 isn't got enough for Philthadelphia. Add a zero and we can get a fresh start on that hole.

A short conversation with my daughter (6yoa) yesterday. "honey turn of that light your wasting electricity." She laughs and says " Dad... its not earth day anymore" and she walked off. All I could do was smile... I guess the school system hasn't gotten to her yet.
