Welp, that didn't take long. Trump's immigration blitzkrieg has resulted in 14,000 arrests, compared to 21,000 in November. Trumps team has stopped giving any updates and isn't releasing details on CBP arrests.
The immigration crackdown was about optics, not results. Choreography, photo ops, wardrobe changes, tough talk and evocative imagery. Look at the numbers though. It's smoke and mirrors yet again.
