Gingrich 41.2%
Romney 17.9%

Obviously an outlier. But still, Romney has got to be worried. I'm surprised Romney is still close to 55% on intrade. Gingrich is not some unknown flash in the pan like Cain and Perry. If he's this popular now, I think he has a real shot at the nomination.

One interesting thing about that poll above: Among Democrats polled (only 26 of them, but still), Cain draws 60% of the vote. Do you think there may have been a prankster or two who answered that poll?

Not a chance! Americans are far too responsible and protective of their great city on a hill to ever let disrespect and parody infect their mainstream support of the democratic process.

Pranksters? What are the pollsters doing talking to people taking acid and travelling around on a bus, reading Kerouac and listening to electric guitar feedback happenings?
