why would god design humans to digest food inefficiently turning it into some of the nastiest and stinkiest toxic waste on the planet that is so bad that if you somehow get it inside you it can kill you. Then to top it off he makes us run around shooting horrible gas out of a little hole in our body that makes everyone around you gag in horror.

Why not create your own purpose? That's what I do. Works quite well for me too. I have no desire to kill myself.
