It was a terrorist attack by ISIS during an incredibly successful evacuation mission that finally ended our useless 20 year occupation of Afghanistan that three previous Presidents had stubbornly insisted on continuing. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2021_Kabul_airport_attack

Biden, for all his faults, deserved kudos for that.
