I started a new thread entitled "Weapons of mass destruction discovered in Iraq..." which then went on to explain this was in the early 1990's when Britain and Europe were secretly trying to supply Mr Hussein with a large ballistic projectile launcher in contravention of their own embargos!
Indeed the British Government gagged the defendants from producing evidence of Government export certificates to cover their own hides in the interest of public immunity!!!!
This thread was deleted several times with no explanation.
However this is not surprising as the CIA will certainly have infiltrated this web site, cos that's their job!

Examples of what can make posts eligable (but not necessarily doomed) for removal are:
n people alering a post
swearing
personal abuse
flooding & spamming
links to inappropriate websites
quoting a removed post
If you have specific concerns about a certain post being removed the contact a moderator for investigation. Sometimes there are errors (like the "wristwatch" case - there is a swearword in there somewhere) which can be rectified, or if you feel that n people have unfairly gagged you then your case can be reviewed.
