if we want to adopt part of another culture, then so be it ... but we cannot take everything blasted at us.

Please explain your concept of cultural hybridity, as you intend to debate it. The term encompasses many specific situations, some no more profound than than when Og's daughter was taken captive, carried over the mountains, and made the wife of a rival tribesman. The kids of said marriage are cultural hybrids. No one spoke of globalization in those days (before the Neanderthals made their appearance).

how could people come straight out and say the truth about such things in a way that is understandable? - when they basically want to commit a crime against humanity.
