I am a bit astonished that the list is quite short and most motions already have been decided. In European News it sounded like there was something big afoot.

Yes, there is something big afoot: Trump is re-organizing the defence dept., but that is another story.

Trump is soliciting donations to fund his election-denial lawsuits:

    https://edition.cnn.com/2020/11/10/politics/donald-trump-leadership-pac-republicans/index.html

However, the fine print reveals that only 40% of the donations will actually be spent on lawsuits, whereas 60% will go to campaign funding.

In further legal news: Trump is himself the defendant in a number of on-going suits:

Which begs the question, if Donald Trump is as wealthy as he claims, why doesn't by pay his lawyers with his own money??

He proposes to fund not only his own campaign, but those of Rep. senators, too.
