Remember back in the mask mandate days of yore when the only thing coming out of the extreme right wingers mouths ran along the lines of... "Yeah, masks aren't about disease prevention, it's about control" as if we were supposed to understand what the bleep they were talking about?

Now no laws were passed to codify that control and those mandates are gone, so I guess it was really about temporary control right?

But I think I see the point now. Outlawing abortion at the national level was never really about preventing the termination of late-term pregnancies. "Chastity Laws" are rising back up to the surface after 70 years (get that, codifying control over other people's lives) to limit contraceptive measures to prevent pregnancies. One would think, if the goal was to stop abortion, that you would want to prevent all unwanted pregnancies from happening in the first place.

There doesn't seem to be anything in the leaked SCOTUS draft that draws a clear distinction between contraception and abortion. So now we have safe and legal medications available that could potentially be banned in order to force women to become pregnant. That seems backwards, given the stated goals of anti-abortion advocates. Unless... unless... unless it's about control.

Well, what I think is absolutely hilarious in all this is if what they want is to control the sexual impulses of women, well guess what will ultimately happen?

That's right. Those guys ain't getting any either.

What's next? Legalizing prostitution again?

Contraception for Christians only.

My main man, wild... so many things to say.
1) the SCOTUS documents have yet to be executed and they may not be.
2) The SCOTUS does NOT outlaw abortion
3) Pills will not be taken out of society, too easy to get.
4) Most importantly: Instead of bytching and moaning, the American people can bypass the state legislature, the US Congress, and the courts simply by getting a constitutional amendment passed and END it. forever.

My man Earl. These are not very well formed thoughts.

1) So what? It's been reported that they already voted, but I didn't write that it was final. Does that mean it's not about control?
2) Again, for some reason you're refuting something I didn't write. Why not address the things I actually brought up in my post?
3) Yes of course. You attack the means of banning but avoid the clear desire to ban. Limiting contraceptive options can and will (and does) take on many different forms. Targeting doctors. Targeting women. Targeting men. Targeting companies and distributors.
To your 4th (most important) point, umm how do you think constitutional amendments happen? I think it's fair to say that none of those things you mention are bypassed.

All of your logic is based on the assumption it is all over. That is not what Bill Gates is saying. You know, the pandemic predictor.

Masks were about selling gene vaccines.....which is about control by fear. Anything mandatory is control. You cannot make people do things they do not want to do without control.

It was about control, but to sell gene vaccines as a result. It wasn't "all" about control. It was about money too.

Masks never did work except for surgical masks like N95s. They always knew that.

They also knew lockdowns were not effective and served the same purpose.

You are a naive chump!

If you're looking for truth, say that to the mirror.

Christians would be the LAST bunch to allow contraceptives if they were in total control. I would not be surprised for draconian laws coming up making it illegal to NOT have conceived after having sex.
