Biden said "fight like hell" and that is a fact jack.

Biden and Raskin weren't dog-whistling to morons. Trump knew how his moronic followers would react. Especially the ones who flew halfway across the country to be there just because he said so.

Poor Jack. SCOTUS would not hurry the case like he wanted.

Jack said right in the indictment Trump has a right to lie about the election. Then he went on to complain about him lying as if he broke the law by lying. Said it was not about words, but ac ...[text shortened]... s words. LOL!

Jack is obviously fooling himself. He wants so desperately for words to be actions.
He ‘ writes to himself’ like son house does. He, like son house, is obsessed. One wonders what he is continuing to get paid for? Does he not have any other cases?

The cons love the 2nd Amendment. But none others. They are simply not convenient.
The libs love the 14th. You apparently suggest that we should not be allowed to carry a gun in the United States? I don’t remember that argument before from you. Your point? Yes it is one of my favorite amendments, I have several of them.

I never said that and I'd appreciate it if you didn't put words in my mouth.

I own four handguns and a shotgun, all fully licensed, as well as a concealed carry permit, for your information.

So why an offhand comment that we love the 2nd. So do you. Geez. You libs have us typing too much. I would use microphone but mine will not properly spell Sewanne.

It's the only one you react to. That is, when you're not trying to use them as excuses for something else. Like you use the First Amendment to exonerate Trump for everything.

I can't campaign for any candidate of a major political party at my workplace, because of the Hatch Act. Does that make the Hatch Act unconstitutional because it infringes on my free speech? No.

Spell what?

Then learn to pronounce it right.

Called an exception, sue.
It is not a perfect world. A perfect world would be if everyone, you know, at the end of the day, ends up in the same place. Words spoken, out loud, by Willie Brown’s mistress, Kamala Harris.
Yep, a perfect world for Suzianne and certainly for Marauder the Bot .πŸ‘ΎπŸ’»πŸ§‘‍πŸ’»

Former Attorney General Edwin Meese and Law Professors Steven G. Calabresi and Gary S. Lawson have filed an amicus brief with the Court arguing that Jack Smith, a private citizen, has no standing as Special Counsel because Merrick Garland, who appointed him, lacked the authority to do so.

@Metal-Brain
Anyone with half a brain knows he said that go peaceful BS as deniable plausibility just in case his coup didn't work. We have pointed that out to you before but you go their anyway somehow thinking that is Trump's get out of jail free card.
He was the head snake and there is no getting around that disgusting fact.

BTW, Garland does have the authority to put anyone he choses in as a special prosecutor, he is the frigging attorney general. Look it up, some supposed expert is just riding Trump's coat tail.

Trump wasn't indicted for "lying about the election".

His lies about the election, and they were and still are many, was not a cause for his indictment.

But you know that.

Actually it was. Jack simply lied when he said it wasn't. Then he went on to complain about his lying (words/speech) pretending speech are actions without bringing up a single action. What actions?
