Yeah, DEI is SO cursed. Black folks coming out of 400 years of slavery and out of it now only 150 years or so but followed by decade after decade of lynching, discrimination which is still going on today, black folks not able to get a job because a white dude was there in the HR office, and has less qualifications than the black dude, no big deal.

When DEI comes in Whitey goes WE ARE BEING DISCRIMINATING AGAINST, that black dude has more education than ME a WHITE MAN and he gets the job? What the FUUK is going on here?

Oh, so when racism is totally eliminated and blacks compete on a fully equal level, the fact black schools have been for centuries underfunded and so the kids coming out of those schools are at an educational disadvantage from day one means nothing to you.
CENTURIES of slavery WILL take its toll on the children, grandchildren, greatgrandchilden down the line because of epi genetic changes whities dont get because they are privileged from the day they are born to the day they die.
A century and a half from the civil war did not lessen the discrimination against blacks. Colored only drinking fountains in the 1960's, for instance.

ONE HUNDRED YEARS after the civil war such atrocities still existed.
And just because laws were enacted outlawing such disgusting norms, those laws NEVER stopped the genetically driven hatred of blacks, it seems that way for sure, genes or no.

I spent a couple of DECADES enthralled with old time acoustic blues, like the delta blues and such and was mouth hanging open seeing Rev. Gary Davis live.
And met a lot of those blues geniuses like Libba Cotton who fed me a great chicken dinner and I tried to teach her right handed playing from the left hand way she played. I cherished those days.

yes, i fully acknowledge there are also black maga ashats who have no idea what they are talking about. Being stupid is not a white thing
