Most of the jobs exported, are jobs that probably weren't going to continue in the US anyway.

There are several factors to jobs being shipped elsewhere.
You have steel, oil and chemical refineries moving elsewhere to avoid EPA hassles and lower the costs of production.
You have call centers, payroll production, payables distributions, and tax calculations farmed because of cheaper costs.
You have many industries moving so they don't have to deal with the unions.
You have still more industries going mechanized because machines don't call in sick, don't want vacations, don't get pregnant and are not unionized.
Obama is getting blamed because he crawled into bed with the unions and promised them something he can't deliver.
