Monday morning quarterbacking is an American term. It refers to professional football games being played on Sunday, then the next day (Monday morning) looking at footage of the game and saying what he would've changed.

Basically, "I should have", or "I would have".

Clearing that up for everyone who doesn't know what that term means.
