After the media (and ATY here) jumped all over the claim Jonathon Joss was killed by a right-wing homophobe, THE TRUTH comes out.
Turns out the guy was violent and nuts and all the neighbors were afraid of him, he'd been acting crazy and threatening people for years.
Guy shot him because Joss was chasing him with a pitchfork.

I did review all the sources that were shown to us and the pitchfork incident was mentioned at 11:55 and the killer approached the victim. He wasn't being chased. He walked up to Joss who was holding a pitchfork and shot him because he hated him as we can tell from the many years long series of threats he had made.
