@no1marauder saidthere was not any "evidence"
Fact finders at a trial don't have to accept hook, line and sinker whatever Trump sycophants say like gullible saps like you do.
There was overwhelming evidence of fraud presented at the trial.
@AverageJoe1 saidRunning for public office has never been considered to give the seeker a lifelong pass from the legal consequences of their own prior misconduct.
you may know that her 'intent' is going to be foremost in this trial if, there is one. They will discover all of her hatred, personal animosity and ulterior motives. Funny if that horrible vindictive lawyer of like mind , Bragg, will be called on to testify. We both know nothing will come of it, but man do I love seeing it all finally coming out.
Voters deprived of a Trump campaign and his rallies. They had a right to hear their candidate.
I see no reason why it should.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidGuess you missed the three month trial which had tidbits like this:
there was not any "evidence"
"On October 10, 2023, the court was shown a document signed by Trump in 1994 acknowledging the true size of his Trump Tower penthouse, a figure he nearly tripled in financial documents from 2012 onwards. "
"On October 11, a former Deutsche Bank risk management officer testified that Trump's financial statements helped him obtain larger loans and lower interest rates, including loans for $125 million for Trump's Doral, Florida, golf club in 2011 and his Chicago International Hotel and Tower in 2012.["
"The same banker told a lawyer for the AG that the bank valued achieving the best possible interest rates, supporting James's argument that Trump defrauded lenders millions of dollars via interest breaks he obtained by exaggerating his net worth."
"The OAG then rested its case, having heard from 25 witnesses"
Plenty more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_York_business_fraud_lawsuit_against_the_Trump_Organization
Our legal system doesn't give much credence to "holding your breath until you turn blue" strategies from gullible right wing saps.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidSo not only do you support crimes being committed by the president, you also want to go on record as lying for him too. Do you think this will get you "brown-nose" points... oh, sorry, I meant "brownie" points? What do you expect to cash them in on? A Trump hat? Trump's bogus NFT coins? A position on his Cabinet? Then you're as dumb as the people already in his Cabinet.
there was not any "evidence"
@Mott-The-Hoople saidSorry, comrade...
It was testified that what Trump did was NORMAL business practice…EVERYONE does it. It’s just the way it’s done.
Why don’t you just admit that your life is miserable and you want everyone else to be too.
Red-handed corruption is NOT "how it's done".
It's only how YOU people do it.
@AverageJoe1 saidHow? By "daring" to prosecute him for crimes he committed?
She violated him big time. A hyena with power!!!
"How DARE she?" you say? It's her job, Bozo.
@AverageJoe1 saidWhat? Are you really that stupid?
Did not she deprive VOTERS of THEIR civil rights? Marauder ?!

He already violated the 14th Amendment just by running for office.
He should have been told by the Supreme Court to go home, sit down and shut up.
But then again, this is the same corrupted Supreme Court who ignored 50 years of precedent in their rush to overturn Roe v. Wade.
@Suzianne saidWell, Sonhouse wrote this PM to me this mornihg, I don't know who to believe any more, you, Marauder or Sonhouse.
What? Are you really that stupid?
"The DOJ is seeking more information from James about the suit, and appears to be operating under a theory that James may have deprived Trump and his adult children of their rights as part of that case, the sources said.''
Like, Marauder also said this morning, What do Trump's adult chuldren have to do with it? Am I stupid, or just hard to keep up with.
This post is like a riddle.
@no1marauder saidi am not a know it all, i am here to learn

@AverageJoe1 saidThey were co-defendants as they were executives at the Trump Organization which was found to have engaged in fraudulent practices.

who evaluated these properties?
From Google. Search your hearts out.
I have been there, I would say it is just north of $200M.
Hey Mott, hit Marauder with this one. I keep besting him, you get this one.
