This is what happens when libs dont do things correctly. Scotus members simply rule based on constitutional law, the constitution doesnt address abortion, same sex marriage or queerness in any form. The constitution does explicitly give the STATES the power to do this.
But when states disastrously FAIL, the Feds have to step in.

Natural Rights should not have to be codified.

And speaking of that, Nancy is right. It's well past time that we had a Federal law supporting a woman's right to make decisions concerning her own body, like men do. What happened to EQUAL treatment under the law? THAT is what is at stake here. Nothing less.

I'm saying there shouldn't be any need to since these rights are already protected no matter what a few SCOTUS judges say.

Governments are tools meant to protect the People's rights, not a weapon to bend them to the State's will.
