McCarthyites have a conscience?

The hell you say.

I'm sure his daughter will no longer be welcomed there as well, unless of course they renounce their father as evil and embrace socialism.

Don't forget his grandkids, they are verboten, cast down to the devil and their children and their children's children. Payback is a bitch.
The great great great grandchild will aspire to be SCOTUS and win this time, on merit and no dings on character.

Heh.

Just wait until someone sues for wrongful discharge after being fired based on an unsupported allegation and the case works its way up to SCOTUS. The ACLU will no doubt write a long amicus brief explaining why it's unconstitutional and morally wrong to allow people to be fired based on unproven allegations.

I'm sure BK will be suitably impressed and sympathetic.

Tell that to the 650 law professors signing that letter saying he is unfit to be SCOTUS in the first place, much less his present position. If it was "Just" the sexual misconduct when he was in HS and college, that would be one thing but the reality is he is under scrutiny for several other reasons including lying to congress in his last set of nomination hearings, lying in his most recent hearing, for instance, continually saying he was legal to drink when in fact the legal drinking age was 21 as if he didn't know that. He is a sitting judge one level lower than SCOTUS RIGHT NOW and if he didn't really know that, totally unaware the drinking age was in fact 21 before he even entered senior year of HS, he is unfit for THAT reason, he should know better, that brings up incompetence issues.
If he knew 21 was the legal drinking age, that means he absolutely lied to congress and that is a lie in Sept. 2018, not some high school carousing.

The second one is temperament, where he is supposed to keep his cool but his 'performance' in the hearings was anything but, and he has spoken in a publicly viewable video given to to Catholic University saying a judge has to put his politics behind him and look at the facts only and have a gracious demeanor and not lose his cool. He also said what happens at his prep school stays at his prep school and THAT is evidence he knows he was not being the model citizen he projected himself to be, the sweet little choir boy going to church and the running tables at the local poor boy food kitchen.

The third is coming up with these bizarre conspiracy theories and that shows clearly his politicizing of his judgeship and if Mitch McConnell and his lover Linsay Graham looked at his recent decision trying to delay an abortion on a pregnant girl to the point where it would have reached the 21 week deadline to make the abortion illegal in Texas. He was voted down because there were two actual humans on that judge panel but it is clear as day he is in fact a political hack and WILL kill Roe V Wade regardless of what he says to the senators AND will give Trump a get out of jail free card if he becomes SCOTUS and the subpoena issue comes that far.
He is a biased political hack and I know full well McConnell and his lover Graham knows that full well and that is PRECISELY why they want him on SCOTUS because they are leading the coup of republicans to take over all three branches of government, founding fathers be damned.

I hope if K gets confirmed which is most likely, dems will win bigtime in November and we can ATTEMPT to right all the damage already done to US governess and the political scene around the world. If not, the US will be on a downward spiral from which we will never recover and folks better start learning Mandarin.
Speaking of Mandarin, it has just been proven computers made in China for US company have had a chip the size of a bit of rice has been installed on MANY computers allowing the Chinese to access any of those computers and that is hard wired on the motherboard and as such impossible to detect by Norton or any of those anti-scumware programs.

Too bad it is not a court case, then the FBI would not be throttled down by that world class AAASWIPE Trump. It is actually highly educated people giving their opinion and they are in the same line of work as K.
