The emolument clause is there for a reason. A sitting POTUS is not supposed to be making money off his presidency.
And I suppose you never heard his cabinet got news well in advance he would announce the tariff war and strangely enough sold a LOT of their stock ahead of the announcement.

Not being a studier with my extracurricular activities going on (Soup kitchen on Sunday, for example), I must assume that he should be investigated for the violation.....but, that since he is not, then he must have not violated it. He thus can keep the money, he earned it legally. Can I keep my bitcoin profits? Yes, since I have violated nothing.
Therefore, I assume that your statement that he has violated it is incorrect.
