I do hope Trump enjoys his right to a speedy and impartial trial, after he said the Constitution should be put in abeyance to return him to power.

Cooler heads know that ain't happening. We need to pay attention to who he chooses as a running mate, because he could pull a Nixon and resign with the agreement of his VP to pardon him.

Flynn. Quid pro quo.

However a presidential pardon applies only to federal crimes, not to state crimes. Trump is being investigated, if not already indicted, for election tampering in PA and GA. Neither Flynn nor any other running mate could pardon him if he is convicted there.

Hmmm, good point. Nixon didn't have that hanging over his head.

Flynn's a good call, though.

@Suzianne
Is that a list of conspirators who tried to help Trump?
Notice none were charged with it.

You want to outlaw protests of election fraud. That means you are trying to outlaw democracy. You are also trying to outlaw free speech. The constitution gives people the right to allege election fraud.

Did Trump tell people to do something illegal? Yes or no?

I hope you fellers, who are all in lock-step and agreement about everything, know how boring your discussions would be were there not Me MB Wajoma Mott et al to keep it interesting.
Like, who would Sonhouse vent to? And Suzianne's comments,,,,,,don't get me started!
