Mission of the investigation was to determine if the Russians interfered in the 2016 election.
The findings in that regard are pretty obvious.
In the process, Mueller also had a look at the Trump campaign to see if they colluded.
He determined that there was no collusion.
He also looked into obstruction of justice.
He decided not to indict. He kicked that down the road to AG Barr.
You can dress that up as "complete and total exoneration" if it will make you feel better.
The people in prison probably deserve to be there.
Even if the POTUS says they are fine people.
