The Monster Raving Loony party had two policies that always sounded impressive to me:
1) Move the European butter mountain next to the European wine lake and open a ski resort; and
2) Give doughnuts a larger hole, the theory being you need more dough to wrap around the larger hole.
Incidentally, in the 70's (I think), Kingston upon Hull had a student-led party named the Get Stuffed party and it did rather well in the University ward in the local elections. the idea of the title Get Stuffed was due to being honest and upfront i.e. I'll stuff you before you even vote for me.
