There’s a gigantic difference between Obama congratulating Putin, and a man under investigation for collusion with Russia doing so after Congress voted to enact sanctions for proven Russian meddling in U.S. elections.

Why aren’t conservatives smart enough to realize that? Even Trump's own team sent him a memo in all caps saying "DO NOT CONGRATULATE" Putin.

It's been proven that Russia meddled in the election, which is why Congress voted to impose sanctions on them. Congratulating the man who was president while Russia meddled in U.S. elections, especially when you're being investigated for treason involving Russia, is WAY different from Obama congratulating Putin.

Naturally, people dumb enough to vote for Trump aren't smart enough to realize that.

11 days before the election, he issued a press release that he was re-opening the investigation of Hilary email situation.
(I've already forgotten the exact details .... yawn !!)
And then closed the investigation some 48 hours later with nothing to report to the public.

Imagine seeing a video recording where the CEO of Cambridge Analytica was heard to say
