What the proposed regulation does is require employers with over 100 employees to establish policies that mandate employees either: A) Be vaccinated for COVID; or B) Take a COVID test weekly.

So it doesn't make any job "conditional on getting vax."

Get tested would be fine, but two states have already declared that anyone fired for not getting a shot would not qualify for unemployment benefits.

You will see that under Biden's big plan, the corporations will end up being the main businesses, not the small businesses. By complying with government dictates, high taxes, etc, the corps will shuffle things all around (they are REAL smart, more than most small businesses), and actually it is possible that govt will end up partnered in some way, if you will, with the co ...[text shortened]... it yet!!
