VERY SHORTLY AFTER THAT REPORT, fires the head of Intel and installs an incompetent boob, the German ambassador who doesn't even have the proper security clearance to be head of intel much less any experience in intel except to be a dyed in the wool Trumpite.
Now Trump can internally squash any retaliatory efforts by intel of various agencies to retaliate to the Russian attacks.
