Trump's base loves him because he isn't a statesman. They love that he sounds just like the guy sitting by the pool BS'ing with a Bud. He's one of them. They love that he's a borderline standup comic. They love to see him put down those with educational credentials. Hopefully people see how his dangerous incompetence is on full display via the COVID 19 crisis.
