Well given that that article itself points out that other religions [and atheists] have
placed adverts on the side of bus's the answer to your idiotic question is evidently
that the bus's will carry adverts for any religion willing to pay and who's adverts meet
advertising standards.

Personally I could do without religious advertising of any kind, but that's because I could
do without the existence of any religions of any kind. As they do exist, and people do believe
in them, they deserve [within reason] the right to promote their religions as much as anyone
has the right to promote any idea.

Without reading, I would guess that the ads on bus sides are paid, just as they are in the States. Any religions should be free to spend their money as they wish to proselytize.
