Well, maybe the grounds of the decision are lightly different.
“the record establishes that Mr. Trump, over the course of several months and culminating on Jan. 6, 2021, used a false narrative of election fraud to inflame his supporters and direct them” to prevent the peaceful transfer of power.
She also concluded that Mr. Trump “was aware of the likelihood for violence and at least initially supported its use given he both encouraged it with incendiary rhetoric and took no timely action to stop it.”

It's theoretically possible for a SCOTUS decision to thread the needle and distinguish between the CO and ME cases, since there was at least a finding of fact in a CO court and the ME language focuses heavily on conduct that seems to be protected by political speech.
Still, in all likelihood, one SCOTUS decision (either way) would cover both cases.
