Man on the Moon? Green Cheese Problem

Since it has been known for centuries that the Moon is made of green cheese, an object the weight of the LEM would have descended rapidly through the less solid outer ring of cheese into the tightly packed core of cheese in the Moon's interior, there to be crushed by the massive forces of cheese gravity.

Anyone worth their weight in salt knows the outer core is a semi-soft gouda, with a hard roquefort center. Duh.

Have you not seen Wallace and Gromit's Grand Day Out - it was conclusively proved that the surface was Wensleydale
