Except witnesses agree he did not:

"Did Austin protester Garrett Foster lift his rifle toward an Uber driver before the driver fatally shot him?

He did not, three key prosecution witnesses testified Wednesday at the trial of Daniel Perry, who is charged with murder in Foster's death. Perry faces up to life in prison if convicted."

Uhhuh....funny how the witnesses who said that were all BLM protesters....I'm sure their word can be taken as gospel. not like they'd lie because they got a grudge against a white man. Just WHAT was the guy doing with a rifle anyway?

Are you asking why a Texas veteran was carrying a gun?

Or are you suggesting Texans carrying guns are liable to be shot for doing so?

Garrett Foster was also white.

I started a thread on this, so that's where these comments belong BUT:

witness credibility is supposed to be determined by a jury at trial not by right wing internet posters and hack politicians catering to them.

Guy was surrounded by a hostile crowd of BLM agitators mau-mauing him and a guy walks up to him with an AK-47 at port arms, ready to aim and shoot in a split second, what would you do?

Oh god, another lib who does not like people being billionaires, but will not answer my simple query...
Bill Gates had minimal money, and then along came his genius product(s). So tell us, and you won't, what would you as King have done regarding his wealth, and at what point in his success would you have done it? He was already a billionaire before the REAL stuff ...[text shortened]... have done (whatever you libs want to do but don't explain it), when he got into billionaire status?
Go back to the progressive tax system we had in the 50s.

The guy with the AK was on guard against people who drive into crowds of people on foot with a vehicle.

What was Kyle Rittenhouse doing with a rifle?

One down and maybe only 10,000 just like him to go.
Let's go down memory lane here.

The neighbor of Sen. Rand Paul who in 2017 attacked the Kentucky Republican during a dispute about their yards was sentenced Monday to an additional eight months in prison for the assault.

Rene Boucher must also serve six months in home confinement, U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Leitman said Monday. Boucher will receive credit for the 30 days in prison he has already served.

Boucher had initially been sentenced to 30 days in jail for the attack, as well as 100 hours of community service and ...

originally, 30 days in jail. Revised up to 8 months more.
Rand Paul was hospitalized for MONTHS.

Sen. Rand Paul was hospitalized after an attack by his neighbor in 2017. During the incident, he suffered broken ribs and injured lungs. The severity of his injuries led to several bouts of pneumonia, and eventually, he had to undergo hernia surgery due to chronic coughing. His neighbor, Rene Boucher, was initially sentenced to 30 days in jail for the assault but later received an additional eight months in prison.

Rand also had some of his injured lung removed.
WebAug 5, 2019 · Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., said Monday that he had surgery over the weekend to remove part of his lung that was damaged when his neighbor assaulted him in 2017.

Now, I am not saying that what happened to Paul Pelosi was a minor incident but he was only hospitalized for a few days.

Can we say "Equal protection under the law"??

I hope you're joking; you're comparing a fist fight between two old men arguing about their yards to someone breaking into a home with the intent to kidnap a public official and then assaulting someone inside the house with a deadly weapon?
