Regarding the crime rate Canada has about a 4% black population, while the US has about 16%. Almost all US cities with a high black population has very high murder and violent crime rates about 80 to 90 / 100,000. Most parts of the rural areas are about 4/100,000. We down here is about 45 to 50 / 100,000... not good at all.

I likely saw it in years past, honesty, but lackingTDS, it did not imprint in my mind. If I did, I took it for what it was.., Trump wanting to console 350M people in some way, as is his job, so he brings a man wno studies this stuff, sits him down, chats with him about studies that are in the works, and he speaks in normal everyday terminology as his normal way, so people, who are dying at 5000/week . will get the most of it.....that we are trying everything.
