It doesn't track to your point. A politician says something outlandish on a podcast 5 years ago that you seem interested in holding against them now. The thing they said related to a human experience, one in which a politician should not be in the business of judging or god forbid legislating. Live and let live.

That plot was in an Isaac Azimov sci fi story where the protagonist was near immortal some 5000 years old and he thought he was missing something and then realized it was he could never birth a baby.
So he had his geneticists modify his body with full female parts, no more male stuff and got pregnant.

How can men give birth; a baby wouldn't fit through a penis?

Men cannot and do not give birth; any person who gives birth and claims to be a man is obviously not a man; they might be trans gender but they are certainly not Men.

Whatever. It’s not like I actually care.
In humans it’s biological females who give birth, no matter which gender they are.

So, that’s settled then. The politician was talking about gender and not biological sex. So, move on, you’re not going to comprehend it.
